Job summary

K3 Advisory Group in the UK seeks an automation and low-code specialist to design, build and operate practical automation that reduces manual effort, connects disparate systems and preserves data security and governance.

The role focuses on IPaaS, Power Apps and RPA, delivering scalable automation across CRM, finance and document stores while tracking ROI; you will collaborate with engineers, advisors and clients to translate processes into reliable workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in automation, integration or low code development.
• Strong API integration and workflow orchestration skills.
• Experience with low code and integration platforms (e.g. n8n, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps or similar).
• Practical experience with SharePoint development, including HTML/CSS/JS-based customisation.
• Secure credential handling and least privilege access.
• Evidence of delivering high value automation or low code solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations and integrations using IPaaS and workflow platforms (e.g. Boomi, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps), alongside RPA solutions.
• Design and develop simple low code applications, including using Power Apps, to support business processes and operational workflows.
• Integrate across CRM, finance systems, email, SharePoint (including SharePoint development and HTML/CSS/JS-based customisation), and document stores.
• Develop lightweight scripts (e.g. Python or JavaScript) where custom logic or data transformation is required.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring and audit trails.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of low code and automation standards, reusable templates and governance guidelines.
• Track and report automation value and ROI.
