Job summary

Coda is seeking an Onboarding and Support Specialist located in Malaysia to support KYC operations and merchant onboarding within the B2B Operations team. This 6-month contractor role focuses on accurate onboarding, remediation, and high-quality partner support across Commercial, Compliance, and finance functions, with potential conversion to a permanent position.

You will collaborate with internal teams and merchants to drive timely onboarding, account reviews, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Based in Malaysia with the ability to work with regional/global stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
• Highly organized; can handle multiple queries and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day KYC onboarding and periodic reviews/remediation for partners per established processes.
• Review submitted KYC information for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing documentation and ensure timelines.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on request status.
