HOMEX INFORMATION SDN. BHD is seeking an experienced Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur to respond promptly to sales inquiries, accompany buyers for property viewings, and provide personalized advice to clients.

You will stay updated on KL property trends and build strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction. The role requires negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset, with weekend/public holiday work as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Chinese and local clients.
• Proven property sales experience with a strong understanding of the Kuala Lumpur property market.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all sales inquiries and leads.
• Serve clients and accompany potential buyers for property viewings, including site visits and show galleries.
• Provide expert suggestions and personalized advice to buyers based on their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest property trends and information in Kuala Lumpur to guide clients effectively.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently to achieve sales targets.
