Job summary

Axi is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the Korea market by managing direct Korean clients and assisting KAMs with various tasks. This position focuses on client engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Open to junior candidates with relevant experience in client servicing or relationship management.
• Experience in financial services or trading environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct Korean clients under the KAM structure.
• Assist KAMs with client servicing and account follow-ups.
• Monitor direct client activity for opportunities in retention or escalation.
