Job summary

BLB ENT. is hiring a KOL Specialist – Influencer Marketing (Chinese & English Speaking) in Kuala Lumpur to drive campaigns for Korean beauty and lifestyle brands.

You will research reviewers, manage 100–200 nano/micro influencers monthly, and execute seeding campaigns, including recruiting KOLs and coordinating with influencers. On-site events in Klang Valley and support for the AE team are included.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
• Experience in influencer seeding campaigns (minimum 5 campaigns, ~200 pax/month) is preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce live-streaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on reviewers, mid- to macro-level influencers
• Managing 100–200 nano/micro influencer content per month
• Execute influencer seeding campaigns, including:
  • Sourcing and recruiting KOLs
  • Communicating and coordinating with influencers
  • Following up on tasks and managing product shipments
  • Compiling campaign reports and data
  • Managing payments and data filing
• On-site support for occasional brand events or local marketing activations (Klang Valley) on an as-needed basis.
• AE Team support as needed.

Qualifications / Skills

• Proficiency in English (EN) and Chinese (ZH) is required. Additional language skills, particularly Korean (KO), are a plus.
• Experience in influencer seeding campaigns (minimum 5 campaigns, around 200 pax/month)
• Experience with e-commerce live-streaming is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized work style
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-driven team player with strong collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Working Conditions

• Start date: Immediately or upon agreement
• Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Malaysia Time
