Job summary

W Talent Academy Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a KOL Marketing Specialist to recruit and manage livestream hosts and to grow a dynamic network of creators and influencers.

You will plan, shoot, and create engaging short-form videos for TikTok and other platforms, work with the marketing team on campaigns, and stay ahead of trends to expand brand reach and talent growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
• Experience in content creation, including planning and shooting short-form videos.
• At least 1 year of experience working with KOLs, influencers, or content creators.
• Marketing background or strong understanding of social media marketing.
• E-commerce background or experience in e-commerce operations.
• Creative, proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

What You'll Be Doing

Analyze content performance (views, engagement, conversion, etc.) and provide improvement strategies.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.

Experience in content creation, including planning and shooting short-form videos.

At least 1 year of experience working with KOLs, influencers, or content creators.

Possesses a marketing background or has a strong understanding of social media marketing.

Has an e-commerce background or experience in e-commerce operations, with a good understanding of online sales and digital platforms.

Creative, proactive, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiar with TikTok and other social media platforms.

Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English.
