Job summary

GST MALAYSIA PLT is seeking a passionate KOL Specialist to grow our brand presence on Threads. You will plan and execute influencer collaborations, craft trend-driven content, and build a strong, engaged community for beauty and lifestyle brands.

You will manage outreach, negotiate with KOLs, and develop creative briefs while coordinating timelines and approvals in a fast-paced environment. A strong copywriting sense and eye for visuals are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of Threads content styles, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with copywriting skills, creativity, attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Threads, ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer collaborations from sourcing to review and performance tracking.
• Identify and research suitable KOLs/influencers; outreach and relationship-building.
• Develop and present creative campaign briefs; coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Monitor influencer content, evaluate campaign performance, and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Create and schedule engaging lifestyle, beauty, and trend-driven content aligned with brand objectives.
• Track trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.

We are looking for a passionate and creative KOL Specialist to grow our brand presence across Threads. You will play a key role in planning and executing influencer collaborations, crafting trend-driven content, and building a strong, engaged community for our beauty and lifestyle brands.

Regardless of the traditional way of advertising our products, we're using the alternative way to promote our brand, which is using different types of social media platforms to gain exposure to the whole market. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & grow the brand’s presence on Threads, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer (KOL) collaborations – from sourcing and briefing to content review and performance tracking.
• Identifying and researching suitable KOLs/influencers
