Job summary

BLB ENT. is hiring a KOL Specialist – Influencer Marketing (Chinese & English Speaking) in Kuala Lumpur to drive campaigns for Korean beauty and lifestyle brands.

You will research reviewers, manage 100–200 nano/micro influencers monthly, and execute seeding campaigns, including recruiting KOLs and coordinating with influencers. On-site events in Klang Valley and support for the AE team are included.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
• Experience in influencer seeding campaigns (minimum 5 campaigns, ~200 pax/month) is preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce live-streaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research reviewers and mid- to macro-level influencers.
• Manage 100–200 nano/micro influencer content per month.
• Execute influencer seeding campaigns: recruit KOLs, coordinate with influencers, manage product shipments, compile reports and payments.
• On-site support for brand events or local marketing activations in Klang Valley as needed.
• AE Team support as needed.
