W TALENT ACADEMY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a KOL Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team, building relationships with influencers and driving live-stream talent campaigns across platforms.

You will plan and execute digital campaigns, coordinate with creators, and optimize e-commerce promotions to boost traffic and sales in Malaysia’s creator economy. English and Mandarin communication is valued as we work with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Retail.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales.
• Experience in KOL/influencer management, including sourcing, communication, and campaign coordination.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities across digital and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
• Identify, approach, and coordinate with suitable KOLs for marketing campaigns and product promotions.
• Manage KOL collaborations, including campaign briefs, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and sales activities to drive traffic and conversion.
• Monitor e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, engagement, and campaign results.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve product visibility, online sales, and conversion.
• Coordinate social media content and marketing materials to support e-commerce campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and marketing opportunities.
