Job summary

Endeavourpreneur Solution in Malaysia is seeking a marketing-focused intern/fresh graduate to support influencer campaigns and KOL coordination. You will source suitable KOLs, prepare briefs, manage timelines, and track reporting while working in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The role emphasizes social media familiarity, stakeholder comms, and strong time management, with potential on-site campaign support as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates or fresh graduates in Marketing/Communications/PR/English.
• Able to work in tight schedule and stressful environment.
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Organised multi-tasker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• CHNS speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting suitable KOLs / influencers for campaigns
• Help prepare KOL briefs and content guidelines
• Coordinate with KOLs on deliverables and timelines
• Track posting schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Monitor KOL postings and compile screenshots / links for reporting
• Assist in preparing post-campaign KOL performance reports
• Maintain and update KOL database and contact list
• Onsite for campaigns during weekday or weekend if needed
