LBS Bina Group Berhad is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will sell residential and commercial properties, develop new clients, present properties, and guide buyers through the purchasing process to close deals. We value multilingual communication (Bahasa and English), strong relationship skills, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Min SPM/ Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in Bahasa and English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise/build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Property Sales: Sell property and achieve sales targets.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
• Property Presentation and Consultation: conduct viewings and guide purchasers.
• Market Research: stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
• Contract Handling: assist with signing sales contracts.
• Sales Reporting: report progress and client feedback to management.
• Customer Service: post-sale support and issue resolution.
