Avaland Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to join our Property Sales team in Bandar Baru Bangi. You will support sales targets, handle customer enquiries, and assist with registrations and promotion activities to grow the customer base.

The role involves attending launches, market research, and collaboration with marketing and solicitor/administration teams to prepare agreements and ensure smooth sales processes.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or those interested in venturing into the property sales industry.
• Ability to meet individual sales targets and contribute to business objectives.
• Good communication and prompt handling of customer enquiries and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Open for Fresh Graduate (SPM, Diploma, Degree) or who ever wants to venture Property Sales industry.
• To achieve individual sales targets set and overall business objectives,
• Attend to all customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly
• Prepare prospective follow-up report and compile / solicit registration database prior to launch while maximizing registration awareness
• Timely submission of weekly aging report with accurate information for tracking and conversion forecast purposes. Ensure sales conversion is completed within stipulated timeframe
• Ensure all sales packages and promotional information are presented correctly to prospective buyers
• Ensure show village / show units / sales office / exhibition booth are in tip-top condition
• Ensure all registration database are key-in into customer relationship management system in accordance to guideline issued by marketing team
• Provide feedback to marketing team on new marketing strategies / service quality etc
• Identify & participate in all sales launches and promotional events locally or oversea
• To conduct market research for continuous update of market intelligence so that better market positioning can be established for assigned project(s)
• To submit each loan application to our panel banks on behalf of our purchasers and to follow up on the status of the application with the bank regularly
• To inform solicitor/Sales and Administration department to prepare the Sales and Purchase Agreement; and loan agreement
• To cross promote and sell all real estate projects under Avaland Berhad group of companies whenever needed
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty
