Job summary

Newfields Land in Malaysia is seeking a Property Sales Agent/Executive to promote and sell properties, achieve targets, and drive marketing initiatives.

The role requires at least 1 year in the property sector, bilingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin preferred. You will attend enquiries, assist launches, build relationships, support market research, and collaborate with the marketing team. Weekend/public holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have SPM or Diploma or higher in any field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin preferred.
• At least 1 year in property industry or related field.
• Willing to travel to Cheras, Selangor and work on weekends/public holidays.
• Strong sales, marketing knowledge, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend sales enquiries and assist in sales launches, marketing activities & roadshows.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Assist in Marketing Research.
• Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
