Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder is required.
• 3 to 6 years of B2B / corporate sales experience in industrial/semi/con electronics or metal manufacturing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Proactive in identifying new business opportunities and following up on sales leads.
• Willing to travel and engage with customers through regular visits and business networking activities.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to support business needs.
• Permanent vacancies based in Klang.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and manage sales contracts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Forecast sales, achieve targets and implement effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Guide and mentor junior sales team members to achieve sales objectives.
