Job summary
NITORI Group (Malaysia) is seeking a Shipping Coordinator (Trading Representative) based at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate shipments, prepare shipping documents, and monitor status to ensure timely delivery. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; strong data entry and English communication are required.
Fixed working hours with potential weekend/holiday requirements. Monthly salary will be determined by qualifications and experience, with a biannual bonus and medical allowance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with business-level English.
- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping docs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments with suppliers, forwarders and agents for timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and declarations for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain shipment records and monitor status for smooth operations.
- Communicate delays or issues to stakeholders promptly.
- Coordinate customs clearance with forwarders and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Facilitate payments with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Manage shipment cost allocation and perform monthly cost calculations.
