Qualifications

• Degree in any related field.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing environment, preferably EMS.
• Knowledge of kitting operations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production kitting process for medical and non-medical products, including system normal scrap and work order attrition (Smart Loader).
• Oversee the Kitting schedule, ensuring timely completion of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
• Supervise a team of Kitting Operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with production planning, quality control and engineering to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement and maintain SOPs for kitting operations.
• Analyze and report on kitting metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and areas for improvement.
