Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee kitting operations for medical and non-medical products. You will manage the kitting process, supervise a team of operators, maintain inventory, and coordinate with planning, QC and engineering to ensure smooth production flow.

The role emphasizes implementing SOPs, monitoring metrics, and improving safety compliance within a manufacturing EMS environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in any related field.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing environment, preferably EMS.
• Knowledge of kitting operations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production kitting process for medical and non-medical products, including system normal scrap and work order attrition (Smart Loader).
• Oversee the Kitting schedule, ensuring timely completion of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
• Supervise a team of Kitting Operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with production planning, quality control and engineering to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement and maintain SOPs for kitting operations.
• Analyze and report on kitting metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and areas for improvement.

Job description

Requirements:

Degree in any related field.

Minimum 2 - 4years of working experiences in manufacturing environment, preferable in EMS Industry.
