Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor for an EMS provider based in Johor, Malaysia. The role requires overseeing daily production operations, coordinating with department leads, and driving throughput and quality improvements on PCB assemblies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in operations management in EMS.
• Deep knowledge of SMT, THT, and PCB assembly processes.
• Proven ability to drive quality initiatives and improve throughput.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve throughput and reduce costs.
• Coordinate daily production operations to meet schedules.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Maintain production documentation and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop the shop floor team; manage attendance and KPIs.
• Promote continuous improvement and training.
