Job summary

Innio Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to manage daily operations and achieve production targets. You will lead supervisors and operators, optimize manpower, capacity, and shift plans to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Ideal candidates hold a degree/diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing, with 8+ years in manufacturing and a strong background in Lean, 5S and KPI improvement. EMS/Electronics/PCBA/SMT exposure is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years manufacturing experience with supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, manpower planning and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KPI and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.
• Lead production supervisors, leaders and operators.
• Manage manpower, production capacity and shift arrangements.
• Ensure output, quality, delivery and productivity KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor OEE, downtime, cycle time, yield and production efficiency.
• Coordinate with PE, ME, QA, TE, Planning and Warehouse.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Resolve production bottlenecks and major manufacturing issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, quality and safety requirements.
• Develop and coach production teams.
