Job summary

Medtronic Malaysia Operations is seeking a capable manufacturing supervisor to lead a team of operators and production personnel, manage shift scheduling, and drive daily production targets.

In this role you will monitor KPIs, report performance, coordinate resource loading, support training during startup and ramp‑up, and help with workforce development. International travel may be required as the business scales.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience as Line Lead.
• Experience managing operators or manufacturing teams.
• Experience with shift scheduling and manpower planning.
• Experience supporting training activities and workforce development.
• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and operational reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing operators and production personnel.
• Manage shift scheduling and manpower planning.
• Monitor daily production targets and operational performance.
• Track, report, and elevate manufacturing KPIs as required.
• Coordinate resource loading and workforce planning activities.
• Support conflict management and employee relations matters.
• Coach and develop operators to support operational readiness and performance.
• Support training cohorts and knowledge transfer activities during startup and ramp-up.
