Job summary

ĂN VIET VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a versatile kitchen worker to rotate and master cooking stations including Standby, Salad, Noodle, Grill, Fry and Stir Fry. You will prepare ingredients and dishes according to SOP, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.

Flexible for non-halal kitchen work with training provided. Must communicate in English or Mandarin and be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a non-halal restaurant.
• F&B kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Able to communicate with clients in English or Mandarin.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and master cooking stations: Standby, Salad, Noodle, Grill, Fry, and Stir Fry.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes in accordance with SOP, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.
