ĂN VIET VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT (REAL FOOD PEOPLE SDN. BHD) in Malaysia is seeking a kitchen staff to rotate and master cooking stations and prepare ingredients following SOPs for maximum freshness.

Experience in F&B is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. You must be able to work in a non-halal setting and communicate in English or Mandarin. Shifts include weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• F&B kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and master cooking stations: Standby, Salad, Noodle, Grill, Fry, and Stir Fry.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes in accordance with SOP, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.
