Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Chef De Partie and Sous Chef to perform tasks.
• Adapt to business needs and work any day or shift.
• Complete one task before switching to the next.
• Attend and participate in company training.
• Promote good working relations within culinary, stewarding and front-of-house teams.
• Maintain high grooming and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure food quality and proper storage and FEFO practices.
• Report health and safety issues and maintenance defects.
