LAZY MONDAY 68 avenue in Johor Bahru, Johor, is seeking a Kitchen Crew member to join our vibrant hospitality team on a full-time basis. You will help maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation while supporting the daily operation of our kitchen.

You'll prepare ingredients, assist in cooking and plating, keep a clean, well-organised workstation, and follow safety protocols. Collaboration with senior chefs and front-of-house staff ensures timely service, while opportunities

Qualificações

• Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience.
• Strong food safety and hygiene practices.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking: wash, peel, chop and portion food.
• Assist in cooking and plating according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and proper equipment use.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Support senior chefs and kitchen staff with tasks.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate ingredient needs.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to ensure timely orders.
• Perform general kitchen duties including cleaning and waste management.
