Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through channels including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Present and demonstrate kitchen cabinet products, highlighting features and customization options.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client specs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
