YTL Communications Sdn Bhd seeks a proactive Key Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager to manage priority Modern Trade and E-commerce accounts, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and online platforms. You will drive sell-in and sell-out of prepaid, postpaid, and broadband products by negotiating terms, ensuring visibility and stock availability across physical and online channels.

The role is offered at Executive or Assistant Manager level depending on experience and track record in account

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Executive level: 2–3 years in key account or channel sales; Assistant Manager level: 3–5 years with account ownership and negotiation experience.
• Background in FMCG, telco, consumer electronics or fast-moving retail strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Modern Trade and e-commerce/online grocery channels.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of key Modern Trade and E-commerce accounts, as the primary commercial contact for buyers and category managers.
• Develop and execute annual JBPs with sales, margin and visibility targets per account.
• Identify growth opportunities via range extension, new store/listing coverage, exclusive bundles and account-specific promotions.
• Negotiate listing fees, trade margins, promotional funding, rebates and payment terms per company guidelines.
• Prepare pricing, promo and funding proposals supported by account-level profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance to track contracts, claims and trade spend.
