Job summary

CXL Group in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager (EMS-Kulim) to lead and grow strategic accounts in the Asian market. You will coordinate project management, provide technical and commercial guidance, and work closely with our EMS manufacturing partners to optimize timelines and delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in account management within EMS, with strong English and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Account Management experience within EMS sector.
• Strong knowledge of EMS manufacturing processes, production timelines and procedures.
• Experience in sales and providing solutions to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage project and product support, project acquisition and development of strategic key accounts.
• Act as central contact and coordinator for projects and products of customers.
• Provide technical and commercial advice for existing customers.

They are experts in prototyping and improving time to market, working across a variety of industry, focusing on small batch and New Product Introduction (NPI).

Job summary:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible to handle and manage the organizations important clients and accounts. As part of the geographical expansion and to support the growth in the Asian market, the KAM will be reporting directly to the Director.

• Manage project and product support, project acquisition and further development of strategic key accounts.
• Central contact and coordinator for the projects and products of customers.
• Provide technical and commercial advice for the existing customers.
• Manage and carry out implementation of project management.
• Planning, and control of product manufacture.

Job requirements:

• At least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years Account Management experience within EMS sector.
• Strong knowledge in EMS manufacturing processes, production timelines and procedures.
• Experienced in sales and providing solutions to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Strong proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
