Job summary

Pomen AutoData in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to develop and execute tailored account strategies, growing and retaining key enterprise clients, and serving as the main contact for high-priority accounts.

You will drive upsell opportunities across Pomen's ecosystem, collaborate with technical, product and operations teams to ensure successful implementations, lead renewals and reviews with clear KPIs, and represent the company at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored account strategies to grow and retain key enterprise clients
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients—ensuring seamless communication, system rollouts, and stakeholder engagement
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across POMEN’s ecosystem and its partner's solutions.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and support
• Lead client renewals, proposals, presentations, and performance reviews with measurable KPIs
• Monitor account health, usage, and profitability through CRM and regular reporting
• Represent POMEN at industry expos, demos, and client workshops
