Job summary

Bright Diva APAC in Malaysia is seeking a Key Account Executive to drive direct sales growth, manage monthly targets, and support KAMs with merchandising and customer coordination. This role focuses on expanding roadshows and atrium channels, onboarding new customers, and ensuring product visibility across outlets.

You will develop new customers and channels in Malaysia, coordinate product listings, and manage orders, stock checks, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in sales or key account support in Health & Beauty Channel is Must.
• Demonstrated ability to generate sales, acquire customers, and work toward commercial targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of sales margins, discounts, and collections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and outlet visits.
• Working proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly sales and margin targets for assigned business and manage pricing within approved limits.
• Develop and grow Roadshows and Atrium channels; identify new customers and sales channels in Malaysia.
• Coordinate onboarding, product listings, orders, and account development; ensure product availability and promotions at outlets.
• Support KAMs with order follow-up, stock checks, delivery coordination, and promotional administration.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, KAMs, and internal teams; escalate issues as needed.
