Job summary

FAIR WORK (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive Key Account Executive to manage client matters, assist with pass applications, and oversee billing operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to keep processes smooth and compliant. The role involves liaising across departments, preparing visa documentation, and maintaining accurate records while supporting the team with regulatory tracking and client follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field required.
• 1–2 years HR, admin or account servicing experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English; Mandarin required for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Strong multitasking, well-organised and deadline-driven.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Assist with preparation, documentation and submission of visa applications (PVP/EP).
• Serve as primary contact for clients and follow up on account matters.
• Attend Immigration Department and government offices to handle escalations.
• Provide research and documentation support, tracking regulatory requirements.
