Job summary

Store N Go Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to manage and develop our key client relationships within retail and merchandising.

You will be the primary contact for strategic accounts, drive sales growth, ensure excellent service delivery, and collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service to support operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Reasonable command in written English & Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Willingness to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the operation team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to operations processes.
• Assist in ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet client demands and avoid stockouts.
• Act as a supporting contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Work closely with warehouse, purchaser, merchandizer, and customer service to support operational needs.
• Assist in preparing and presenting regular reports on key account status, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, inventory levels, and any issues or opportunities.
• Maintain and organize accurate tracking and related documents or records.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

This is a full‑time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our key customer accounts. As Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for nurturing long‑term relationships with our most important clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This position is integral to our business strategy, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and directly contribute to the expansion of our market presence in the retail and consumer products sector.
