Job summary

Boston Scientific in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Admin Production Training specialist to administer TRS training within the production environment. You will ensure training plans and records are up to date, and support production timelines.

You will deliver programs, develop training tools, and revise procedures in Windchill, with strong presentation and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years in Operations Training or related training function.
• Experience in delivering training to large groups of employees.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Purpose Statement

Administer Production training in accordance with production training system and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Administration of TRS in order to support production, including TRS issue resolution at site level.

Creation and Maintenance of TRS training plans & records.

Create training plan and monitor training progress to meet the production timeline.

Guide and ensure adherence to training policy and requirement.

Evaluation and periodic review of manufacturing practices and of those carrying out training.

Revise and update relevant training procedures and work instruction in Windchill.

Deliver training programs related to Operation business need.

Develop and deliver training tools for operations based on the business need.

Requirements

Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2-3 years of experience in Operations Training, Direct Labor (DL) Training, or a related training function.

Experience in handling and facilitating training for large groups of employees.

Proven track record in improvement projects will be an added advantage.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.

Able to manage multiple training activities and priorities effectively.
