Job summary

EXPLORASI CINTA TRAVEL AND TOURS SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic Junior Tourism Sales Officer (Outbound) to grow sales of travel packages through social media broadcasting, multi-channel outreach, and direct customer consultations.

You will manage inquiries via WhatsApp and social channels, tailor quotations, and drive closure with deposits while maintaining CRM records. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a passion for sales and travel.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in tourism sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent face-to-face communication skills and good listener with sales aptitude.
• Proficiency in digital channels (WhatsApp, social media) and willingness to learn CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for schedules, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Confidence on camera, charismatic, and capable of TikTok Live when required.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Prospect Management: respond quickly to inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, phone, walk-ins and face-to-face sessions.
• Consultation & Quotation: assess travel dates, budget, pax, and special requirements to tailor packages and quotations.
• Follow-up actions & sales closure: manage follow-ups, convert prospects, collect deposits, upsell packages or add-ons.
• Booking handover: submit confirmed bookings and deposit documents to Operations for trip execution.
• TikTok Live management: conduct live sessions to introduce packages, engage viewers and drive sales.
• CRM maintenance: update customer data, prospect status, and communication logs regularly.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Tourism Sales Officer (Outbound) to increase sales of tourism packages through social media broadcasts and face-to-face engagement, multi-channel prospect management, and proactive customer consultation.

Key responsibilities

Multi-Channel Prospect Management: Respond quickly to incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, walk-in customers, and face-to-face interaction sessions.

Consultation & Quotation: Assess travel dates, budget, number of participants (pax), and customer special requirements to recommend suitable tourism packages and provide accurate quotations.

Follow-up Actions & Sales Closure: Handle regular follow-up schedules, convert prospects into customers, manage initial deposit payments, and offer upselling for packages or ancillary services.

Booking Handover to Operations: Submit confirmed bookings and deposit documents to the Tourism Operations team smoothly for trip execution.

TikTok Live Management (When Required): Handle interactive TikTok Live broadcasts when needed to introduce tourism packages, interact with viewers, answer questions directly, and convert viewers into buyers.

CRM System Maintenance: Update customer information, prospect status, and communication logs regularly in the CRM system.

About you
