Job summary

XFUSION TECHNOLOGIES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Junior Technical Support & Product Support Executive in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on providing technical assistance and resolving customer issues for our products and solutions, with emphasis on Mandarin-speaking customers.

The position welcomes fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication in English and Mandarin is required to ensure effective interactions with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assist in resolving customer issues related to the company's products and solutions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Assist in product configuration, quotation preparation, and technical documentation for international opportunities.
• Support bid and tender preparation by gathering product information and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.

Job Requirements:
