Job summary

IHH Healthcare Malaysia seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer to provision, administer, and support cloud and on-premises systems in a large healthcare environment. This role focuses on integrating AWS or Azure with existing infrastructure and ensuring seamless data transfer between environments.

You will enforce cyber security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments and VAPT remediation, and monitor system health with SolarWinds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in network engineering or related field.
• Hands-on IT infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting in a professional environment.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and Hyper-V.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for design and management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with proactive learning.
• Strong problem-solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provision, administer, and support cloud and on-premises systems.
• Enforce cyber security policies and OS hardening.
• Address vulnerability assessments and VAPT remediation.
• Maintain vendor relationships for cloud maintenance and patches.
• Provide monitoring for HP, Dell, Oracle tech: servers, SAN, storage.
• Communicate incident status and outages to end users.
• Install and configure on-prem/cloud servers per standards.
• Monitor system health with SolarWinds and review logs.
• Participate in Cyber and Disaster Recovery drills.
• Perform other duties as required.
