Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily IT Support: assist staff with basic IT issues and login access.
• Respond to helpdesk requests in person, by phone, or by email.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT support or external providers.
• Log and track support requests accurately.
• Set up computers, laptops, and mobile devices for new staff.
• Maintain printers, scanners, and other equipment.
• Support hospital systems (patient management, electronic records).
• Ensure IT equipment in clinical areas functions properly.
• Follow IT policies and protect patient data.
