Job summary

CERGAS NOBLE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Front-of-House supervisor to uphold service standards and staff performance in a busy cafe network.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, delivering quality service, analyzing sales and customer feedback, and coaching outlet staff to achieve results. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate, with opportunities to grow in a homegrown cafe chain.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, or at least 2 years of hotel/related field experience.
• Experience in Food & Beverage is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and presentable appearance.
• On-the-job training provided for the right candidate.
