Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes and Café Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable supervisor to assist in daily restaurant operations and lead the service crew to uphold outstanding customer service.

You will ensure adherence to SOPs, monitor staff performance, handle inquiries, and support payroll and inventory tasks. The role requires willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor/Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and guide Service Crew to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and daily work assignments.
• Ensure food quality, service standards and company SOPs are followed.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cashier operations and ensure accurate handling of payments.
• Assist in stock checking, inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Support the team during peak hours and ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with staff training and onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare or assist with daily sales, stock and operational reports.
• Ensure the outlet is properly maintained and ready for daily operations.
• Take charge of the outlet in the absence of the Supervisor/Manager when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
