Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes & Cafe Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to lead outlets across the area. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, uphold food safety, and drive sales growth while maintaining brand standards.

You will coach outlet teams, conduct SOP-compliant operations, monitor costs, and lead new product launches and openings to achieve financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in hospitality, F&B management or related disciplines.
• 3–4 years in a similar F&B/retail management role.
• Experience in food safety and inventory management procedures.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Own transportation for outlet visits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outlets deliver excellent customer service and address feedback.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, QSC audits, and communicate with leadership; ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee staffing across outlets and foster positive culture.
• Coach and develop outlet leadership; ensure timely training and target tracking.
• Control costs, minimize wastage, monitor shrinkage and theft.
• Lead growth initiatives, support new openings and product launches.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have...

At least Diploma/ Bachelors in Hospitality, F&B management or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the same management capacity within the F&B/ retail industry

Experienced with food safety and inventory management procedures

Passionate for customer service and sales

Possess own transportation for outlet visits

Job Responsibilities:

Operational

a)Customer

• Ensures that outlet teams are delivering excellent customer service in the area
• Ensures that all customer feedback are appropriately addressed
• Continuously drives and champions customer satisfaction and loyalty, coaches team on how to treat customers and bring them back

b)Operations

• Ensures that outlets are operating with excellence by conducting timely restaurant visitations, QSC audits and frequent communication with outlet leadership. This includes:
• Compliance with all legal, financial and operating company policies and procedures
• Food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, security and halal requirements are followed at all times
• All in outlet SOPs are strictly adhered to at all times
• All products and services going out to customers are of high quality and within standard
• Outlet is well kept and maintained, representing the brand appropriately

People

a)Outlet Teams

• Ensures that all outlets within area are adequately staffed at all levels
• Creates positive people culture and working environment within all outlets in area where people are motivated
• Monitors staff retention and turnover, initiates plans to retain people
• Values and respects diversity

b)Training and Development

• Coaches and develops outlet leadership team which includes café managers, supervisors and assistant supervisors.
• Ensures that training and development of outlet teams are of high quality and timely
• Sets targets, tracks and monitors performance of individual outlets
• Drives action plans to achieve these targets

b)Profit

• Monitors and implements controls to ensure that all outlets are operating at appropriate costs. Minimize wastages and ensure that costs are at optimum level.
• Control Shrinkages, store theft and fraud
• Improves product mix to improve sales productivity for better food cost

• Always looking for opportunities to grow brand in area

b)New Outlet Openings and New Products

• Leads and supports new outlet openings/ new products, ensure that it is adequately resourced and set up for success
• Coaches and supports new outlet management
• Implements plans to reach Financial and Operational goals
