COCO BLESS PATISSERIE in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, invites an enthusiastic Assistant Pastry Producer to support daily cake and pastry production. You will help plan, follow approved recipes, monitor quality, supervise the pastry team, ensure timely delivery of orders, assist with new product development, track ingredients and waste, and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen in line with SOPs.

• Assist the Chef in planning and organising daily cake and pastry production
• Ensure all products are made according to approved recipes, specifications and company standards
• Monitor product quality, including taste, texture, appearance, portion and consistency
• Supervise and allocate daily production tasks among the pastry team
• Ensure production is completed on time according to orders, stock requirements and daily schedule
• Assist with new product development and seasonal product preparation
• Monitor ingredient usage, stock levels and production wastage
• Follow company SOPs and maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
