Job summary

COCO BLESS PATISSERIE in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, invites an enthusiastic Assistant Pastry Producer to support daily cake and pastry production. Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in planning and organising daily cake and pastry production
• Ensure all products are made according to approved recipes, specifications and company standards
• Monitor product quality, including taste, texture, appearance, portion and consistency
• Supervise and allocate daily production tasks among the pastry team
• Ensure production is completed on time according to orders, stock requirements and daily schedule
• Assist with new product development and seasonal product preparation
• Monitor ingredient usage, stock levels and production wastage
• Follow company SOPs and maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
