Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Junior Software Functional Specialist to join our team and help deliver high-quality ERP software solutions for clients. You will work with a dynamic group to learn the software, assist in functional specification design, testing, and implementation of new features.

You will provide functional support to clients during and after deployment, collaborate with senior staff, and continuously learn new skills to enhance our service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting/Analytical/Software Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of new software solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with senior members of our team in functional specification design and test new software features.
• Provide functional support to clients, resolving any issues that may arise with our software solutions.

• Document and communicate software issues and resolutions to the appropriate teams.

Supporting our software applications are ensuring that they are running smoothly.
