Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of measurement methods and take-off software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in detailed take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for interim valuations.
• Conduct site verifications of work progress and quantities for valuations.
• Follow up on interim certificates and support sub-contractor payments.
• Maintain records and documentation for audits, claims, and client submissions.
• Support senior team with cost control, procurement, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Measurements & Take-Offs: Assist in detailed taking off using software, preparing bills of quantities, and measuring construction work for interim valuations and final accounts.

Progress Valuations: Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities, collaborating with project teams and sub-contractors on work done valuations.

Payment Administration: Follow up on interim certificates and support smooth sub-contractor payment processes.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits, claims management, and client submissions.

Cost Support: Assist the senior team with cost control, procurement, and dispute resolution where necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates or junior candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience as a Site QS (internships or relevant project exposure will be strongly considered).

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of measurement methods, bills of quantities, and takeoff software.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and a detail-oriented, eager-to-learn mindset.
