Job summary

MT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an accounting professional with a diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking. The role supports full sets of accounts and daily operations, with exposure to bank reconciliations and regulatory returns.

Mandarin is a plus for liaising with China clients. Candidate should be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and familiarity with Autocount software is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin a plus for China clients.

Responsibilities

• To assist/handle full sets of accounts, yearly/quarterly/monthly
• Handle the daily accounting / operation function
• Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with General Ledger
• Assist in preparing & submission of relevant authorities return form such as LHDN, SSM & etc
• Liaise with banker, company secretary, tax agent & auditor occasionally
• Assist in company administration related matters
• Knowledge of Autocount accounting software is an added advantage
