Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting experience
• LCCI or Diploma in accounting or equivalent
• Familiar with Sage UBS accounting software
• Proficient in Malay, English and Mandarin for client communication

Responsibilities

• Prepare a full set of financial statements for a private limited company (Sdn Bhd).
• Assist in preparing SST returns.
• Maintain accounting records by filing documents and keeping copies.
• Reconcile bank statements by comparing with General Ledger.
• Enter data into accounting databases and perform backups.
• Protect confidential information and uphold data security.
• Update accounting knowledge through ongoing education.
• Contribute to achieving accounting and company objectives as needed.

Senior Account Executive Job Duties

• Able to prepare a full set of financial statements for private limited company (Sdn Bhd).
• Assist in preparing SST return
• Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
• Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
• Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirement

• LCCI/ Diploma in accounting or its equivalent
• Min 2 years working experience
• Familiar with Sage UBS accounting software
• Able to speak in Malay, English and Mandarin Language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range - RM 4,000 to RM 6,000 per month based on qualification and working experiences
