Job summary

J. S. ONE SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a SAP ABAP Developer to transform business requirements into robust ABAP programs, write tests and document specifications.

You will ensure integration activities meet SLA, provide on-call support, and collaborate with process analysts. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, at least 2 years SAP ABAP experience, and good Malay/English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP ABAP experience.
• Strong written and spoken Malay and English.
• Ability to work independently with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP module is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests for high-complexity functions.
• Transform business requirements into technical program specifications to code, test and debug.
• Collaborate with Business Process Analysts to develop functional specifications.
• Ensure integration activities meet SLA, focusing on scalability, availability and archiving.
• Manage operational support, including on-call duties during change windows.
• Provide consulting on new and existing initiatives.
• Provide system documentation according to Project Development Methodology.
• Support daily cases or issues raised by customers.

Job Description:

• Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.

• To work with the Business Process analyst to develop functional specifications as and when required
• Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's.
• Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team.
• Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
• To provide system documentation according to the Project Development Methodology
• Support daily case or issue raise by customer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) any equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in SAP ABAP
• Good command of written and spoken Malay and English is required
• Ability to work independently and have an excellent “can do” work attitude.
• Knowledge or understanding of SAP ABAP module is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
