Job summary

Premio Safety Door Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru seeks a customer-focused showroom salesperson to greet walk-in customers, understand needs and advise on door products. You will explain features, materials, pricing and installation steps, prepare quotations and process orders accurately.

Coordinate with installation teams for timely delivery, maintain product knowledge, and pursue new business opportunities with customers while upholding safety and showroom standards.

Qualifications

Greet and assist walk-in customers in showroom.
Understand customer needs and advise on door products.
Explain product features, materials, pricing and installation clearly.
Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements.
Process and verify sales orders accurately.
Maintain knowledge of all company door products and installation methods.
Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
Coordinate with installation team for timely delivery and installation.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer follow-up logs.
Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
