Premio Safety Door Sdn Bhd in Puchong is seeking a showroom sales associate to greet walk-in customers, understand needs and provide professional advice on door products. You will explain features, materials, pricing and installation with confidence to close sales.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining product knowledge, following up with leads, coordinating with installation teams, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting and assisting walk-in customers in a showroom.
• Ability to understand customer needs and advise on door products.
• Clear explanations of product features, materials, pricing and installation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements.
• Process and verify sales orders accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of all door products, materials, designs, and installation methods.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
• Coordinate with installation team for timely delivery and installation.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and follow-up logs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and health and safety measures.
