Job summary

RF Station Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused sales engineer to bridge our engineers and customers. You will promote our simulation software, measurement solutions and engineering services, helping customers find the right solution from first enquiry through to delivery.

You will identify new customers, propose suitable RF/microwave solutions, prepare quotations, run demos, and support CST simulation and RF measurement work with senior engineers. Local travel and on-site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; RF or antenna background is a plus.
• Confident communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel locally and hold a driving licence.

Responsibilities

You will work between our engineers and our customers. You will promote our simulation software, measurement solutions and engineering services, help customers find the right solution, and support projects from the first enquiry through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new customers and follow up leads to meet sales targets
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SIMULIA, Rohde & Schwarz, Bird, Atenlab, TMYTEK or engineering service solutions
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and presentations
• Run product demos and support CST simulation, antenna and RF measurement work with senior engineers
• Visit customers and attend site work and meetings
• Keep customer and sales pipeline records updated in our CRM

About you

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome; an RF or antenna background (FYP or internship) is a plus
• Confident communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Curious, target-driven and comfortable talking to customers
• Driving licence and willingness to travel locally
