Job summary

CCECC (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor/Assistant to join our project team in Malaysia. The role involves measurement, quantity take-off and basic cost estimation, plus supporting tender documents and simple contractual paperwork.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided; experience on high-rise projects is an advantage. Mandarin communication is helpful for coordination with China expatriates and workers, and you will attend site visits, meetings

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Experience on high-rise projects is advantageous.
• Mandarin communication is helpful for coordinating with China expatriates or workers.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in measurement, quantity take-off, and basic cost estimation.
• Support the preparation of tender documents and simple contractual documentation.
• Assist in evaluating claims, variations, and progress payments under supervision.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and joint measurements with the project team.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the QS / project team.
